The difference scheme for convection-diffusion problem on the oriented grid

The work is devoted to the difference method for the solution of convection dominated equation. First the role of the ``lateral" computing diffusion is defined more precisely. For its verification we introduced the criterion of grid orientation along the convective flow. Then the algorithm of successive intensification of arbitrary grid orientation without modifying the node coordinates and without the addition of new inner nodes is presented. Further the construction of an inverse-monotone second-order finite-difference scheme is considered. At the end of this paper we suggest a numerical experiment which illustrates the efficiency of the presented construction.
