Model-algorithmic support for planning and scheduling the functioning of active mobile objects
The purpose of the study was to improve the technologies for managing information and material processes while coordinating the functioning of the grouping of active mobile objects (GAMO). The proposed approach is based on the development and application of combined models and algorithms aimed at optimizing the planning and dispatching of information and material processes to ensure the quality of planning and scheduling for the operation of an orbital constellation of small-sized Earth remote sensing spacecraft. The scientific novelty of the research consists in the implementation of a decomposition-coordination procedure for solving the problem under consideration. The material processes related to the functioning of the GAMO are described using a simulation model; the spatial and information component was taken into account in the static planning model; the temporal aspect of the task was considered in the dynamic scheduling model. The problem formulation is given, experiments are conducted, and the results are analyzed.
Keywords: planning and scheduling of orbital constellation functioning, hybrid modelling, decomposition of large-size tasks, active mobile object
