Ecological forecasting accounting for the climate-caused risks
Efficient methods of the analysis and accounting for the climatic information for the purposes of ecological forecasting are proposed. A variational formulation of multipurpose databases and methods of their orthogonal decomposition coordinated with the variational structure of the system for processes modelling is given. An example showing application of the technique to the analysis of the climatic regime of the Sayan-Altay region is presented.
