Based on semi-empirical equation for turbulent diffusion, the models are constructed for assessment of regional area pollution coming from high-rise aerosol source. An approbation of these models are carried out using observation data obtained near East-Ural radioactive trace that resulted from an explosion of a reservoir containing radioactive waste at MAYAK plant in Chelyabinsk region in 1957. A possibility demonstrated to predict pollution of a pivotal part of trace using estimations obtained.
